Mazes
Very popular in preschool age are mazes, which combine the ability to think logically and to make the right decisions with graphomotor skills. There are never enough mazes at your hand. In essence, they are a more difficult version of tracing lines, where purely the ability to guide a pencil along a set line is trained. Here a child needs to develop some sort of system to deal with all dead ends, either by prescreening and remembering the correct way, or by marking the dead ends continuously as he or she goes through the maze.
